His work includes globally deployed rail-monitoring systems recognised with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation, followed by leadership of Metropolis Studios and the Academy of Contemporary Music.
He brings commercial structure, operational judgement and a clear understanding of what it takes for an ambitious idea to become a professional business people can depend on.

Gareth combines a background in technology with 15 years in policing and lived experience of complex health systems. He builds agentic technology from the perspective of the people expected to trust and use it.
